Heat Cut Piston Pin

We use a Revolutionary "Heat-Cut" Piston wrist pin that is designed to maximize the heat insulation between the piston and the connecting rod... Heat transfer is encapsulated within the piston pin thereby, extending the life of the needle bearings.

New Style Reed Valves

Discharge air volume is increased by the implementation of the newly designed reed valves, redesigned for smoother intake and discharge airflow. The new valves have minimized air leakage and greatly increased the efficiency of these pumps.

Pressure Switch(P- Type) and Automatic Unloading(U-Type)

By switching the operation mode, using a pressure-unload conversion switch, either Pressure switch or automatic un-loading function can easily be selected.

Side Sealer Ring and Teflon bull Rings

Coaire uses two independent side sealer compression rings, which are specially manufactured, having Teflon impregnated into the base metal to provide less wear and lower operating temperatures. The design also increases pump life by reducing friction and vibration. An oversized Bull Ring is also used on each piston to keep it straight in the cylinder and to reduce scuffing of the cylinder walls and piston skirt.
