The Coaire Extroller is sophisticated and intelligently designed to display important data, allows a wide range of customized set points and schedules, intervenes in controller operation when it detects an unsafe condition via overrides, and annunciates alarms. At the touch of a key, important parameters such as: current discharge temperature, discharge pressure, time before next recommended maintenance, total running hours, and error codes ?pinpointing the source of a problem are displayed on a clear backlit easy-to-read display, in one of the most advanced and convenient tools found in compressors today

Configurable System Controller
The Extroller system controller is user configurable providing extensive control and management features in a simple to use format. In areas of unusual high humidity, for instance, drain time intervals can be increased to accommodate the extra moisture in the air that needs to be removed. In dryer areas, drain time intervals can be reduced to slightly increase energy efficiency. To ensure safe and effective operation, the Extroller constantly searches an extensive checklist, sensing deviations in temperature and pressure that could propose a safety risk to system operation. For example, intelligent logic shuts down the compressor when it detects a threat of abnormally high temperature or pressure. And it stores a useful list of error logs allowing a technician to discover anomalies even if they are not physically present at the time of error.
